Hi, I am Katie Holzinger and I have been working for Broken Plate Catering for about ten years, but I have been in the service industry for going on twenty years. I started off waitressing in my dad’s restaurant and have been involved in the customer service industry ever since. I was born and raised in Northeast Wisconsin and call Manitowoc home.
